"How can we sleep while our beds are burning?"

National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

Reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians.

And if you are in a choir - the Voices for Reconciliation 2026 song is the classic land rights anthem, Beds Are Burning by Midnight Oil.

For more information from Reconciliation Australia, visit their website https://www.reconciliation.org.au/our-work/national-reconciliation-week/voices-for-reconciliation/
