Pop in to our Open day on Sunday 13th Sept from 10am to 1pm and pick up some Birubi Point SLSC Merchandise!

Recent additions to our Merchandise include Surf Shirts in both Men’s & Ladies cut, Active caps, Dad caps, Trucker Cap or Bucket hats in a range of colours & sizes for adults & kids!

Other Merchandise includes, Club swimwear, Hoody towels, Coldie Holders & Club Polo shirts.

All merchandise can be ordered online through the Birubi Point SLSC and picked up the surf club on Sunday.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Susan McCarthy, Callum Mercer, Sam Faragher, Susan Hume, Chontelle Grecian, Kylie Kepreotis, Greg Williams, Fiona Joy Hislop for coming along for a cleaning bee last night. Much of the club was scrubbed, wiped, vacuumed and mopped. The Tower, first aid room, first aid training cupboard, toilets, showers and the bar got cleaned! We got lots achieved…. But we also know we have a bit to go before our open day on the 13th September!

Thank you to Robert Skinner who popped in this morning to have a look at the dishwasher, and trying to resolve its issue!

Can’t thank you all enough!!!

See below new operational times for our UAV services.

// The NSW Government's Shark Management Program is expanding, with extended hours for drone shark surveillance beginning tomorrow, 1 September 2026.

As daylight hours increase, drones will now operate from 6:15am to 5:00pm, ensuring full daylight coverage.

Drone flying hours change throughout the year in line with seasonal daylight. We encourage beachgoers, clubs and local communities to familiarise themselves with the 2026/27 drone flying schedule.

It's all part of the NSW Government's $120 million investment into shark management, which saw a major scale up of drone coverage in July this year, across beaches in Sydney and along the NSW coastline.
