Bec's special interests are releasing and reducing headaches, lower back pain plus neck and shoulder pain however she is capable of treating other conditions. She is experienced in many manipulative therapies such as myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and trigger point therapy. Important Update: Gift Vouchers 💆‍♀️✨

To better align with other allied health providers and streamline my services, I am no longer offering gift vouchers online. Life gets busy, and managing voucher codes or "who bought what for whom" can be challenging. Additionally, please note that gift vouchers cannot be claimed with private health funds, as per legal requirements.

If you'd like to surprise your special someone with a massage session, you can totally book them an appointment. I'll leave it up to you how to arrange payment, whether you gift them the value of the session or pay when making the appointment.

Thanks to everyone who has graced me with their presence on my table and supported my solo massage operations over the years! Hope to see you in clinic very soon :)

Hey everyone! Just a quick update 😊

The not-so-good news: From July 1st, GST will be added to all massage bookings. The tricky part is, the ATO doesn’t recognise Remedial Massage as a health service, even though I am fully registered with all private health funds, registered with Australian Natural Therapists Association, fully insured and have many GPs, physios, chiropractors, and Pilates clinics send their clients my way.

Here’s the good news: You can still claim your massage through your private health fund and book online (or add yourself to the waitlist in case your preferred time & date has already been taken).

Introducing the Sonawave Reset Method®, developed by Brisbane’s own Khloe Syllebranque! It is a non-invasive and holistic approach incorporating Remedial massage techniques using vibration tools to help reset connective tissue (fascia) and the lymphatic system. For the anatomically uninitiated, fascia and lymph run parallel with each other and are closely related. Fascia also has a very close relationship with muscle. The Reset Method is an extremely effective process in assessing scar tissue damage, muscle strength and general muscular discomfort. Like Khoe, I have found standard deep tissue massage doesn’t address and “fix” musculoskeletal issues without addressing lymph and scar tissue issues. Most of us aren’t even aware these issues exist without assessing the body accurately. To take full advantage of this treatment, I advise to book a 75 – 90 minute session. All sessions involve assessment, treatment and re-pattern normal function. Sonawave is about listening to the body and restoring function through rhythm, not force.
