What a fun and crazy weekend! Thought I’d test my fitness and entered 2 divisions in this tournament: Ladies Masters Open and Ladies Div 1. This meant 6 matches over 1.5 days and I played total of 20 games (this doesn’t include the 4 games I played Thursday night too!). My legs were totally cooked by the time I got to the last match, there was no reviving them 😆 I won 4 matches which placed me 2nd in div 1 and was rewarded with a cash prize 💸

Definitely will need some cupping done to my legs and glutes once I’m less tender!

Thanks for your patience and sorry for turning down some people over the last few months. I had to make sure a batch of new clients were receiving regular treatments before reaching maintenance stage and also fit in fighters during fight camp 💪🏼 things have settled down and now I have space to help more people ✨ book in if you want to move and feel better particularly in your sport or if you’re a mumma feeding your baby cos that’s proper hard work too! Looking forward to meeting new people ✌🏼

I was lucky enough to be invited to provide remedial massage at the Australian Masters Squash Championships last weekend, and thought maybe I should compete too since I’m there 😏 I had back to back clients giving 15-30min treatments and also happened to win all 3 matches so I received an engraved cheeseboard as a prize 🧀🏆 div 3 winner babyyyyy 🥳
