Cooley Health Clinic is Brisbane's Northside leading remedial massage/acupuncture and Pilates specialist. Our professional and friendly staff will make you feel comfortable and welcome. Our clinic provides a range of services to the North Brisbane area including remedial massage, acupuncture, cupping therapy, small Pilates classes, Barre, Bootcamp, Bootybarre BOUNCE , Trampilates, Boxing and Pilox

ing Barre classes. We pride ourselves in keeping up with the latest techniques and variety in our group fitness classes. You can rest easy knowing that all our massage therapists receive full training in both Chinese massage techniques and western style massage techniques. All our acupuncturists hold a qualification in traditional Chinese medicine. If you have muscular pain and muscle stiffness, please let our massage therapist know during your session and we will give particular attention to that area. Group fitness classes:
Pilates: Friday - 9:15am, Wednesday - 6:30pm, Thursday - 6pm & Saturday - 7:45am
Booty Barre: Monday - 7pm Thursday-5:45am & 7pm
PILOXING Barre: Tuesday - 6pm,
Boxing Strength: Monday - 6pm, Wednesday- 6:30pm
Trampilates: Wednesday 5:45pm & Friday 8:15am
Yoga: Tuesdays 6:45pm
Stretch ‘n Roll: Monday fortnight 6pm
Massage and acupuncture by appointment.

6 hours of Reformer training today with the incredible Tracey Mallett — world-renowned Pilates educator, trainer and absolute powerhouse! 🔥We go back 16yrs so it was good to catch up once again.

Exhausted but SO inspired! 🤍 My teaching has been taken to a whole new level, and I’ve come away with so many new ideas and tools to share with you all.

Can’t wait to put it into practice and share it with you! ✨

From our Mexican-themed feast to cosy hoodies around the fire, it was the perfect way to come together, laugh, and celebrate an incredible team.
