There’s something so satisfying about filling the freezer with homemade goodness! 💚

Today’s effort: 36 gluten-free bread rolls ready for the family to grab for quick lunches, easy dinners, and those busy midweek burger nights. 🍔

Just a few simple ingredients, and the Thermomix does all the hard work — mixing, kneading, and helping create soft, delicious rolls with minimal effort.

Future me will definitely be thankful on those hectic weeknights! 🫠

Hot tip! 🔥

If a recipe calls for roasted capsicum, make your own using high heat function on your TM7.

Delicious and no dubious ingredients and vegetable oils like store bought roasted capsicum. 😉

We made this delicious Chicken and roasted red capsicum sauce recipe from cookidoo last week doing this. Absolute winner! 🤩

I never follow a recipe—I freestyle my stock paste every single time! My freezer is always stocked with veggie offcuts and those slightly sad veggies that would otherwise go to waste.

A few minutes later... they're transformed into a flavour-packed, money-saving paste that makes every meal taste incredible! 👌🏼

I always add chicken for extra flavour, but that's the beauty of it—you do you!

Who's got a freezer container full of veggie scraps waiting for their next batch? 🙋‍♀️

When your organic shop has celery on special you just have to jump on it. But now what to make? 🫠

First on the list:
💚 Chicken stock paste with plenty celery
💚 Celery leaf gremolata
💚 Veg packed bolognaise
💚 Chicken & veg soup

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬... 😭

While everyone else is relaxing, EOFY means my full-time operations job is in full swing, so there isn't much of a break for me this week!

Our lovely neighbours at our holiday accommodation gifted us this beautiful orange almond cake because they were worried the roof workers had been making too much noise during the day. How thoughtful is that? 🥰

Of course, my first question to hubby was:
"Is it gluten free?"

His answer: "Yes!" 👏

My second question:
"Did you ask if they made it in the Thermomix?" 🤔

His answer...
"No."

One win. One fail. 😵‍💫

After all these years, I'm still not convinced he understands that Thermomix belongs in every conversation!

Now, the Thermomix conversation will be had when returning the container. 🤪

𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸! 🤩

We're away for our son's soccer carnival, but the Thermomix is coming with us... of course!

Working holidays sure look a little different these days than they did 26 years ago when I arrived from Norway on a one-year working holiday visa with nothing but a backpack! 🤣

Now it's family, soccer, delicious home-cooked meals, and helping my Thermomix customers from wherever I am. I wouldn't have it any other way.
