Today was a reminder of what happens when I let go and just allow the love within my heart to grow and expand. When I arrived at Broken Dam, it was very dark and cloudy, though I could feel it was important to go out and ground myself in nature. I closed my eyes and played my flute for a little bit. When I opened my eyes the clouds were gone and the glorious sun was shining. The magic of the elements was quite present. A reminder that sometimes just a little love and gratitude in our hearts is all we need to shine.

Today I introduced shaking medicine to my eldest Son. I needed to do a practice session as part of my training where I explain to somebody who is new to shaking medicine how to tap into the involuntary shaking or tremoring .How do you think I went? This was actually a lot of fun as it gave me a chance to practice staying centred and grounded whilst explaining technique and answering questions whilst also keeping the shaking going.

Good evening,I have recently started facilitator training in a Modality called Shaking Medicine . I am super excited to be learning new ways to support and empower myself and other people on their healing journeys
Shaking medicine supports the release of stress, anxiety, aches and pains and stored trauma within the body along with many more benefits.
Through neurogenic therapeutic tremoring, I have noticed my sleep and ability to deeply rest has increased, I am more aware of my body and how my body is responding and I am feeling a much deeper sense of calm and well-being. I am really enjoying connecting in to intuitive movement before I start shaking and allowing my body to just gently flow into openness and receptivity.
I will be sharing more about this journey over the coming days and weeks.
