Registered Nurse – Residential Aged Care
We have Part-Time & Casual Positions Available - AM, PM & Night
The position is located in Armidale, NSW.

Autumn Lodge community based, not-for-profit aged care provider, providing high quality services and facilities across residential, respite and dementia care. Proudly serving Armidale for over 120 years, Autumn Lodge provides a friendly, home-like atmosphere for our residents.

What are we looking for?

Registered and Enrolled Nurses with minimum 12 months experience in aged care or acute care
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to our clients' lives.
Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
Ability to work on a rotating roster across all shifts is essential

You must have

A fabulous caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy with older people
Experience in caring for the elderly in a residential aged care setting
Current APHRSA registration without limitations
Must have or be willing to have a current Flu Vaccination.
Australian work rights
Willingness to submit a National Crime Check application
Willingness to submit a NDIS Workers Check application

Leisure & Lifestyle Officer

We seeking a motivated Leisure & Lifestyle Officer to join our Leisure & Lifestyle team to provide appropriate and effective interaction with our Residents.

Essential:
Documentation skills(computer skills)
Like and communicate effectively with the aged
Work with minimum supervision and as a team
Professional work behaviour and ethics
Current National Police Check (can be organised)
NDIS Workers Check

Desirable:
Certificate III / IV – Leisure & Lifestyle
Certificate III / IV – Aged Care
Certificate Diversional Therapist
Knowledge/or Experience working with Dementia/elderly
