Meet The Team

Karen Murray is an experienced professional dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals within the disability sector. With over five years in this field, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by those with disabilities, driven by her passion for advocacy and empowerment.

Her journey began in the aged care industry, where she worked closely with elderly individuals, gaining valuable insights into the importance of tailored care and support. This experience sparked her desire to transition into the disability sector, where she recognized the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. In her current role, Karen employs her expertise to create inclusive environments that promote independence, dignity, and respect for individuals with disabilities.

Prior to her involvement in disability services, Karen thrived in customer service roles, where she honed her skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship building. These skills are integral to her ability to foster positive connections with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Karen is deeply committed to lifelong learning and professional development, continuously seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and stay updated on best practices in the sector. She believes that everyone deserves access to quality care and strives to advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities in her community.

Clancie Farrell

I am a dedicated support worker with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. With a strong foundation in caring and empathetic communication, I excel in providing supportive environments that help individuals gain confidence and independence.

In my spare time, I enjoy camping and exploring the great outdoors, which allows me to connect with nature while fostering personal growth. I also cherish spending quality time with my close friends and family, as these connections enrich my life and enhance my well-being.

I chose to become a support worker because I believe in the importance of making a difference in people’s lives. The opportunity to help others achieve their goals and enhance their independence is both rewarding and fulfilling.

One of the most gratifying aspects of my role is witnessing my clients laugh and smile. Knowing that I can bring joy to their day truly makes my work meaningful.

With a commitment to providing compassionate care and support, I am excited to continue my journey as a support worker, helping individuals lead happier and more independent lives.

Hello everyone, I would like to say HELLO and introduce our little company 🐝Cos you can, are offering Personal in-home supports and community access.
This is temporary while we undergo our registration, together with the NDIS we are looking forward to building a service that not only builds your skills but creates a community where everyone can feel Safe, included, seen and heard.
🐝Cos You Can started as a small family business, wanting to make a difference where the bigger companies lack, a personal experience where our participants feel like they are now a part of something bigger, that they too are part of the busy Bee's family.
We believe in choice and control, and if you're not happy, it's time to make a change, whether it be a change in your supports or a change of clean underwear, were here to help you do you!!!
