Goals can be most things from easy weight loss to feeling great under high pressure performance environments in the sports world. Annalisa also coaches music at her studio in Arthurs Creek, and horse whispering, otherwise known as "calming signals" for riders. Certified in modern hypnosis and trauma therapy as well as graduate degrees in music and performance, Annalisa was an internationally acclaimed classical artist and producer who worked with Universal and ABC Classics and throughout the world for 16 years. She then commenced her training in calming signals in horses in Europe and Australia in 2015 with various internationally renowned experts in the field and now lives at her ranch in Arthurs Creek, Victoria, Australia. Annalisa is an internationally acclaimed classical artist and producer who worked with Universal and ABC Classics and on tour throughout the world for 16 years. She puts a large part of her success down to her early work with sports hypnosis, applied to her performance career and her ability to be focused and motivated while singing instead of nervous or negative. After having a family, she now works with performance enhancement for sports people, musicians and corporate environments, weight loss, positive thought placement and quit smoking programmes. By recognising and clearing negative beliefs and memories stored in the mind and body, she replaces those beliefs with ones that the client approves of, and wants to live by.

When people wonder what Horse Talk is...it's got something to do with this wonderful ability to read us. Not what we project, but what our biorhythms and microexpressions are telling them. Actions, movements, breathing, heart rate, voice, tension around our eyes, they see it all. As we relax and let go, we build our connection with them. The more we can be in our natural state of calm, the more we connect with them, hear them, see them, and notice what they are telling us in return. Many of us already feel this, see it, experience it every day, but it's good to know science is catching up....

Horses are incredibly good at recognising human emotions in your voice and expressions, why not use that to strengthen your bond?

Ending a 39 degree hot day with some cool water soaked dinner... today we bathed in the heat, hosed down legs and put the sprinkler on the horses and ourselves for some delicious relief...our horses, our life, our peace....
