Low Back Pain: Common Causes & Management

🧠Disc & Joint Problems — Herniated discs, degenerative disc changes, and arthritis can irritate nearby nerves or cause stiffness, inflammation, and pain.
⚡ Nerve Compression & Other Conditions — Sciatica, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, and certain injuries can cause pain that may spread into the hips or legs, along with numbness or weakness.
🩺 Management & When to Seek Help — Maintain good posture, stay active with appropriate low-impact exercise, strengthen your core, use heat or ice when helpful, and maintain a healthy weight. Seek medical care if pain is severe, persistent, follows a significant injury, or spreads to the legs with numbness or weakness.
