Heart of the Matter is a change consultancy that works with individuals, romantic relationship partners, families and organisations to influence the understanding and adoption of healthy systems of thinking, feeling and behaviour. We are holistic thinkers that identify the key drivers at the heart of all communication and behaviour are needs seeking to be met. Whether those needs are interpersonal

connection, project outcomes, time dependent milestones or something else, we first investigate deeply to understand the dynamics at play, then help improve build strengths toward healthier and more efficient systems. We believe that change comes from within individuals that understand themselves, others, and the contexts that they exist within.

If you want to move confidently toward a brighter future then it's time to 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

January 2025 we are launching a new program that builds mental, emotional and physical fitness to help you achieve an inspiring life transformation.

The program, named Get it Together, builds individual strengths within a supportive community to help you achieve far more than you could ever achieve alone.
