A great weekend of learning in Perth! 📚✨

Last month Dr. Sofie (DC) spent the long weekend exploring Anatomy Trains: Structure & Function. Gaining a deeper understanding of how the body's interconnected systems influence movement, posture and function.

These opportunities allow our Chiropractors to continue to learn, to develop and to bring new knowledge back to the clinic to better support our wonderful patients.

ANZAC DAY long weekend

We will be closing the afternoon of Friday the 24th and resuming normal hours on Tuesday the 28th.
Gone but never forgotten, this weekend we pause to hour and reflect.

What does balance look like for you today?

Balance isn’t about getting everything “right.”

For Me today it looked like:

🔵 A Fully booked shift followed by a 10 minute cuddle with the doggo.
🔵 3 Cadbury eggs and a chicken salad.
🔵 A 2 hour Webinar on Menopause and some stretching.
🔵 A Walk in Nature with a friend.

Balance is about being present, not about perfection.

🐣 Drive to visit family...but stop and stretch along the way.
🐣 Eat an Easter Bunny for Breakfast... but follow it up with a morning walk with the dog.

We all move through busy seasons, but it’s these small moments of pause that keep us grounded.

Take the time this Easter to slow down, check in with your body, have an Easter egg and appreciate where you’re at 🤍

🐰🌸 Easter Hours Update 🌸🐰

Our team will be taking a short break over the Easter long weekend to recharge (and maybe enjoy a few choccy eggs 🍫😉).

Our hours will be:
✨ Good Friday – CLOSED
✨ Saturday – OPEN (normal hours) with Dr. Leigh and Dr. Sofie.
✨ Easter Sunday – CLOSED
✨ Easter Monday – CLOSED

We will be back to normal hours from Tuesday! 🙌

If you’re needing an appointment, Saturday is a great chance to get in before the long weekend—spots will fill quickly, so book ahead.

Team bonding...but make it Permanent

Our amazing reception staff decided to use this months marketing budget on something a little more exciting than our typical facebook and newspaper ads. Taking "branding" to the next level 😂

Matching tattoos might be a bit of a stretch...but consistent, quality patient-centred care? ALWAYS✅

Thats something we take very seriously- even if this isn't 😉

Over the weekend our superstar receptionist Jodie and her family took on the "Up All Night charity walk" — covering an incredible 21kms! 👏🌙

This special event supports Ronald McDonald House, helping provide accommodation and support for families with seriously ill children when they need it most 💛

Walking 21kms overnight is no easy feat, but it’s all worth it for such an important cause.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of a community that steps up to make a difference.

Amazing effort, Jodie! 💙

We're very happy to share that our very own Dr. Leigh will be returning from maternity leave in 2026!

After some special time with her growing family, Dr Leigh will be back from Saturday the 10th of January and available on Saturday mornings in 2026!

Her books are now open- We cant wait to welcome her back and we know she is excited to see you all in clinic!
