Thank goodness it's Friday 🥳

Assembly for Moo, with an award 🩷

Then off to a launch demo with 3 lovely ladies, one of whom is going to be joining our team in September to earn her own TM7!

Home for 5 mins to get a call from school to pick up a different kid who is now sick... and then off to our final Friday night netball with Miss Ari for the year.

Then post office, shops finished with Uber Eats, Asian for dinner cos I am done with all responsibilities tonight 😂

Sleep in tomorrow? 🫠

Stock the freezer time for when I go away!

I've put ALL of the mars bar slice in the freezer and the double batch of malteser slice they have 1/3 to have between now and tuesday night when I go 😂👏

I LOVE this recipe and have done for over a decade.

You can make this recipe in any model Thermomix® too.

It is a fantastic base for you to be creative. We didn't do salami as we try to stay away from processed meats with the recent cancer diagnosis of hubby so only buy nitrate free, top quality bacon and that is about as far as we go towards processed meat.

Here are the changes I made tonight .... it was melt down central at our house so it was a struggle to walk into the kitchen.... then the substitutes just started rolling in 😂

Firstly I used dried parsley, dried onion powder and dried garlic powder.

Added only capsicum and blitzed twice (no lumps thanks)

Didnt have any cream left so used 100g of sour cream & an extra 100g water 🤣

Added only 200g fresh fettucine, chicken & bacon.

Then added broccolini & stirred through some baby spinach right at the end.

And it's delicious, so a winner 🏆 always

Scale up, scale down, and done in under 30 mins...

Soooo I was sitting at the table all sad because i've had to send in Mr 17's Kindy photo....for graduation in a couple of months.

The road over the last few years has been so rough. I always thought I would protect my kids from everything but as it turns out that's only something people think if they haven't raised kids through their teens.... 😥 life feels like it's all about dodging curveballs... I was right in the feels!

Next minute the dogs went nuts because the postie was up the drive way & she had a big box of goodies for me!

Goodies I earned last month.

This has always been something that has made me smile for the last almost 12 years as a Thermomix® consultant. 😍

Before dinner last night I found some leftover pork and beef mince in the fridge that needed to be used up. Threw in some Italian herbs, onion, bread, blitzed up, added some salt, pepper & mince. Boom. Instant sausage rolls for the fridge which will disappear within a couple of days i'm sure. Healthier than snacking on packets of chips etc 😇
