I just finished my first massage and gosh, it feels so good to be back! I think I may have smiled the whole way through the massage, I hadn't realised how much I'd missed it.
I'm happily fully booked this week and there's only one appointment left for next week. It's nerve wracking taking time away from work, especially when you're self employed, so thank you for making my return nice and busy! 🤩

And just like that I’ve finished my last massage and maternity leave has started! Thank you so much for all the support and joy you’ve given me throughout my pregnancy. All your beautiful stories have left me so excited to become a mum.

I’ll be taking a few months off to get know our little one but will let you know as soon as I am ready to start massaging again.

Until then, please look after yourselves. Lots of gentle movement, some rest and of course, plenty of silly dancing! 🤩

Western Sydney University is currently evaluating the feasibility of massage as an adjunct approach to care for pregnant women who have experienced a previous pregnancy loss after 20 weeks.

They have massage therapists located in:

One of my wonderful friends is doing the May 50k to raise money for MS research, prevention and to hopefully find a cure.

I have a few clients with MS and whilst I think they are all incredibly strong and brave, I'd love nothing more than for them not to have to fight this fight.
