Thank you SAN-AIR : THIS product has been a game changer for me!! And worthy of sharing. I suffer from mould sensitivity, it makes me very sick, to the point where I almost go into a coma, literally!! I have tried MANY things over the years for mould, some work ok, but this nails the mould flat dead on contact👊PLUS It is essential oils based and has no toxic agitating chemicals, which I am also sensitive to. I am in love with this stuff as my whole house exploded with mould after the heavy flood rains in Feb/Mar this year and we nearly had to move out as it was too toxic for me to stay here, BUT someone I knew from church recommended this stuff, and because we had an insurance situation we had a professional come and fog this place, I gave him this product to use (instead of his, ha) - and BANG it worked!!! I could actually breath in my house!! This product has saved my life, truly.. and now I have my own nano fogger!! Just stoked, just thought I’d share for all mould sufferers out there, you can nail the war with this stuff!! Needing a little extra support in lockdown?? Here is some great online free resource including a free anonymous assessment and related free courses relating to any area of concern - mindspot.

Crisis phone lines have a vital – and lifesaving - role, but if you want to try a longer-term mental health program, MindSpot Clinic online and by phone might be the answer.

MindSpot is a government-funded, not-for-profit mental health service that provides free, anonymous assessment and treatment for adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and chronic pain.

I took evidence from the Executive Director of MindSpot, Nick Titov, yesterday, and he talked through their personal approach, with phone consultations with qualified professionals included. It seemed like a really good option to flag with people given lockdown.

You can start by completing a 20-minute assessment and get connected with help from the team.

Yep one of things I do for fun is dance.. cause when I started learning about this whole health coaching thing I learnt that there are no dancers who have dementia, so I thought.. I’m going back to dance, plus it’s just plain fun! coaching
