Earth & Sky Yoga Studio A warm and welcoming boutique yoga studio located in Avoca Beach. She also offers classes online.

Cassandra the principal teacher has been teaching since 2003 and offers private classes, corporate yoga and regular local and international yoga retreats. I named my yoga studio Earth and Sky to reflect the grand archetypes of existence; masculine/feminine, expansion/contraction, sun/moon. The qualities of earth and sky encompass the whole of existence, they do not exist in isolation but are compl

ementary and dance in harmony with each other. We recognise our alignment with the rhythms and cycles of nature and remember to keep our feet placed firmly on the steady and supportive earth as we reach for the unlimited possibilities of sky. My vision is to provide an online space for practice that is welcoming and safe and offers a high level of teaching.

It’s the friendships made on retreat that makes my heart sing!

Women arrive as strangers and leave as friends. Stories are shared, lots of laughter happens and sometimes tears are shed.

Seeing women support and uplift each other during our week together brings even more meaning to my work.

We are not alone and it’s never too late to make new friends!

Thankyou to all the women who have joined me in retreat this year and shown such kindness and care for each other.
