One of the simplest ways to reduce stress, save money, minimise waste, while supporting your family's wellbeing is to shop in your pantry, fridge & freezer first before heading to the shops'.

As busy mums & wives it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the daily "what's for dinner?" question.

Meal planning doesn't have to be complicated, simply start by planning just 2–3 meals ahead for those busy days already sceduled so tight with extra family appointments for inspiration use some simple theme nights like Taco Tuesday or Meatless Monday that will make a few extra portions to freeze for those wildly busy days when life gets full.

Not only does this save time & reduce food waste, but it also helps you make more intentional choices around nourishing your family with wholesome meals.

Today's slow-cooked Italian Ossobuco is a perfect example of a hearty meal that can be made ahead, enjoyed tonight with leftovers to be frozen for another day when we need a little extra breathing room.

Tasty Tuesday,
Trying to stay on top of great nutrition with the cosy cooler months rolling in & school holidays meal planning is suppose to help keep our home a little less wild at meal times!

Today's laughable fail was too many chicken pieces for the planned chicken n veg soup 🍲

Solution make another soup, not rocket science so put comes another pot for the chicken & Corn soup 😋

Second Solution needed as all the fridge & freezer containers are in use with 4L of left over soup to store after feeding the zoo!

💚Practising daily Grattitide with un my journaling to shift lack of to abundance of small daily wins.

Can have a big impact on our bodies as well as our minds, not only does the cooler, darker weather dry out our skin faster, it can upset our mental state too..

Turning the simple pleasure of taking a bath into a Autumn ritual can give it greater power t9 help us to make it an intentional act of self-care to improve our mental & physical health❤️🥰❤️

My top tips for taking a bath:
🎶Put on some relaxing music
💡 Dim the lights
🕯 Light a candle
🛁 While the water is running, pour in some LeRêve Skin Revival Bath & Body Oil or Love Story Bath & Body oil
😍Lie back & relax for a minimum of 20 minutes, this is a necessity to keep your swlf feom burn out as soaking away what no longer serves so you can keep moving forward without burn out.
