Introducing the Nervous System Relax & Restore Session with Eva Morgan

This 45-minute osteopathic session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience deep relaxation in a calm, supportive environment. Using gentle, hands-on osteopathic techniques, this treatment aims to ease physical tension, support nervous system regulation, and encourage your body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Modern life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from our bodies. Whether you’re navigating the demands of work, parenting, caring for others, or simply carrying the effects of ongoing stress, this session offers dedicated time to rest and reset. The focus is on creating the conditions for your body to soften, unwind, and function with greater ease.

This session is ideal if you’re looking for a nurturing, restorative treatment that supports relaxation, relieves accumulated tension, and complements your overall health and wellbeing. Many patients leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies.

Lower back pain is common but not normal. It is not something you just have to put up with. And is often part of a much bigger picture.

We take a comprehensive history, assessment, diagnosis and treatment to help unravel your body’s story. There are no protocols as every person’s body and history is unique.

We’re here to help.

Whole body care. Back pain, hip pain, sciatica, headaches… the symptom is the clue, not the answer.

When we assess the body yes we are interested in what is happening in your area of discomfort, but we are also interested in how this fits into the context of your whole body. What patterns or strains is your body holding that have led it to develop symptoms in this area?

If we are only treating the sore parts locally, when they’re part of a bigger picture, the changes won’t be sustainable for the body to maintain. Instead we try to zoom out to try and get to cause so that the whole pattern can shift.

Did you know Medicare may subsidise up to 5 osteopathy visits each year?

If you have a chronic condition (lasting 6 months or more), you may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) through your GP.

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Book an appointment with your GP
2️⃣ Ask about a Chronic Disease Management Plan
3️⃣ Your GP can refer you to allied health providers, including osteopaths
4️⃣ Medicare can then subsidise up to 5 visits per calendar year

These visits contribute to supporting the management of long-term conditions such as persistent pain, injuries, arthritis, and other ongoing health concerns.

We receive CPMP referrals from many locals GPs but if you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, speak with your GP.

Please note that for each visit subsided by Medicare there is a $45 gap fee.

Please reach out with any questions.

Osteopaths are trained to assess and treat the whole body, from head to toe.

Though there are different branches of osteopathy, and you may have seen some before that have been painful or too much for your body, this is not how we work.

We are gentle and work with your body, supporting your whole nervous system so that your body can reorganise. We look at the whole pattern, not just the symptom.

All ages, newborn to adults.

I’ve been doing a little brand and logo redesign lately and I thought I’d explain where the drop symbol came from, that I wanted to keep as part of the symbolic nature of how we work.

This drop is representative of the Rumi poem “You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in one drop”.

When we work with patients we are not just moving things around. We are working with the forces of life constantly moving to keep the body organising and reorganising. There is a sacredness in this kind of work, where there is a sense of wholeness and a oneness with life. Working this way means we’re not only working with physical changes, but we are honouring emotional and spiritual aspects too.

I purchased the original drop artwork from an artist called Marian Lishman 10 years ago. I found it online and knew instantly it was perfect for how I wanted to represent my practice, and she was happy to sell me the rights to it, which I’m still so grateful for.
