“What is that little tool?” 👀✨

A few of you have asked me about this little tool I use during my Head & Face Stress Relief treatment, so I thought I’d share a little more about it!

This is the &MORE Terahertz Gua Sha Board, which I brought back from Taiwan.

It’s not your typical gua sha board. What caught my attention was its distinctive material, curved design and the brand’s fascinating concept of terahertz energy.

Energy is something we can’t see or touch directly, but the idea of experiencing something beyond what meets the eye is intriguing.

One thing you can notice straight away is the cool feel of the board when it first touches the skin. I incorporate it into my facial massage as one of the carefully chosen tools in my treatment.

You won’t find this particular board as a regular purchase here in Australia, but you might experience it during your next Head & Face Stress Relief session at Moon Rabbit Healing. 🌙

Have you ever experienced a gua sha tool like this?

🧡 Moon Rabbit Healing
Targeted when your body needs it. Relaxing when you need to switch off.

If you get regular massages, you probably know what you like by now.

Sometimes you want those tight spots properly worked on.

Sometimes you just want to switch off and relax.
And sometimes… you want both. 😌

That’s how I like to work at Moon Rabbit — working where your body needs it, while keeping the treatment relaxing enough for you to actually switch off.

🫶
And before we start, you get to choose your massage oil too. 🌿
Zest, Bloom or Luna — depending on what feels right that day.

Not just remedial.
Not just relaxation.

A little bit of both, your way. 🐇🌙

So THAT’S what she’s been busy with... 👀

While other Moon Rabbits are busy making mochi around this time of year, ours apparently decided to make massage oils instead. 😂

Meet the newest little trio at Moon Rabbit Healing:

A little something new from the Moon Rabbit. ❤️

𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒅 𝒂 𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒌𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒔 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕❓

You get a massage, it feels so much better…

…and then somehow, a few days later,
you can feel that same little “knot” again. 😅

It got me thinking about what we actually mean when we say we have a knot.

Sometimes I wonder if that tight spot is simply your body trying to help.

If a muscle isn’t quite strong enough for what you’re asking it to do, or another area isn’t contributing enough, your body may find a way to create more stability — often by asking certain muscles to work harder and stay switched on.

Over time, that can leave an area feeling tight, firm or restricted.

So when I’m working on a “knot”, I’m not always thinking about how to make it disappear.

I’m more curious about 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞.

Massage can help relax things and give your body a little reset.

But sometimes the next step is helping your body become stronger, move better, or share the workload a little differently.

Because maybe the goal isn’t to keep getting rid of the same knot…

𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧.

It’s something I’ve always been curious about.💛
