✨ Happening this Saturday: Trauma Informed Yoga & Movement Facilitation ✨

We’d love to see you at our upcoming Trauma Informed Workshop facilitated by our good friend Renée Robson | Trauma-Informed Leadership.

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll delve into how trauma and chronic stress hold space within the physical body, and how to integrate meaningful choice-making and interoception into your guidance. Learn to navigate the subtle ways nervous system dysregulation shows up in an Asana class, allowing you to support your students deeply without the need to identify or know anyone’s specific history. Take your facilitation to the next level by increasing somatic awareness, developing a process-oriented approach, and creating a truly inclusive, accessible environment.

These workshops were designed to support yoga and movement facilitators, as well as healthcare, community, and support professionals interested in exploring somatic physical practice for chronic stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and complex PTSD (CPTSD).

Over the course of these workshops, we will explore how trauma and chronic stress affect the mind-body complex, practical tools to help create supportive environments for people to explore their own personal safety and promote active choice making and reflective frameworks to explore the scope and boundaries of your role.

Key details:
Dates: Aug 22
Time: 12-3pm
Investment: $90

We would love to see you there, reach out if you have any questions.

✨ CLASS TIMETABLE & STYLE GUIDE ✨

We have thoughtfully curated our timetable and developed our class styles to help you explore your own practice through choice across teachers, styles, and time of day. We hope our range of class styles provides meaningful access to practice for as many people as possible

Each of our teachers bring their own unique experiences, practices and teachers connected by a shared ethos and set of values to teach without dogma, hierarchy or judgement. It is your practice and you can take or leave anything any of our teachers offer throughout your guided practice.

Whilst we provide consistency within our classes and timetable, classes - particularly Mellow Movement - may vary in how they are taught pending the teacher, time of day and season. 🍂

P.s. Please note that there is a small change to our timetable: Thursday mornings has swapped the morning schedule so 6:15am is now Flow & Grow and 9:30am is Mellow Movement.
