A big thank you to the Ballarat Miners Basketball Club and the Ballarat Pink Phoenix Breast Cancer Support Group for their generous donation of care packs for patients receiving treatment through the Oncology Service at Ballarat Day Procedure Centre.

These thoughtful care packs will provide comfort and support to patients during their treatment journey, reflecting the strength and compassion of our local community.

June is Cataract Awareness Month, a timely reminder that cataracts are one of the leading causes of vision loss and affect around half of all Australians over the age of 50. While common, cataracts are highly treatable, with surgery proven to restore sight for most people.
