I made Onion ๐Ÿง… Jam in my slow cooker yesterday and it was delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹

Here is my recipe
Ingredients
6 large white onions ๐Ÿง… or red onions if you would like it sweeter.
1/2 cup Maple & Bourbon Balsamic
2 tablespoons Hermosa Olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Stockmanโ€™s Whip Salt

Directions
Cut onions to your liking
Place all ingredients into your slow cooker and put on high for 6 to 8 hours.
Allow to cool before storing in the fridge, or serve cooled but warm onion jam on a couple of slices of crusty bread stick ๐Ÿฅ–
