New class alert! We’ve updated our timetable and added a Tuesday 12:30pm class with El R, meaning our Over 55s Reformer classes are now running every day!

Our Over 55s Reformer classes are designed for those wanting a well-rounded, full-body workout in a supportive environment. With a focus on balance, coordination, posture, flexibility, bone density, and muscle strength, these sessions help you move well and feel strong.

EASTER CLOSURE!
The studio will be closed over Easter from the 3rd (Good Friday) to 6th (Easter Monday) April. We will be back open on Tuesday, the 7th April!

Term 1, 2026!⁠

Term 1 has begun! If you’re looking to start booking in your classes, passes are available via the link in our bio.

There a few changes this term with some new classes being added, so keep an eye out for these!

We are now offering three ‘Foundation Reformer’ classes a week for those new to reformer Pilates, returning from a break or even experienced clients in the mood to refine their technique.

Early mornings more your thing? An extra 7:15am Clinical Exercise class has been added on Wednesdays with Ella.

Prefer to move in the middle of the day? We’ve got you covered with midday classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, run by El R. Perfect for a lunch-break reset.
