In case you didn’t know: there’s no “perfect” time to start preconception care. The best day is today.

Your egg and s***m quality are being shaped right now, months before you’ll even try to conceive. S***m takes around 72 days to mature. Eggs are developing over a window of around three months. Every day you wait is a day those cells don’t get the support they need.

So many people think preconception care means waiting until they’re “ready” to try. But the couples who move fastest toward a healthy pregnancy are usually the ones who started before they thought they needed to.

If you’re thinking about having a baby in the next year, this is your sign. You don’t need to have it all figured out (that’s my job). You just need to start.

I have 4 spots left in this intake for my Fertility Program, and I’d love to see if it’s the right fit for you.

Send me CALL to book a free, no-obligation clarity call.
No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a chance to talk through where you’re at and whether working together makes sense.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things, at the right time, starting now.

Almost every week a new client walks in taking a pharmacy prenatal that a GP recommended.

Not their fault at all, it’s what they were told to take. But these formulations are largely stuck in the 1980s.

We now have decades more research showing higher doses and better-absorbed forms make a real difference.

🩷 Comment PRENATAL and I’ll send you my recommendations, or FERTILITY for my blood testing guide!

Trying to conceive? The supplement aisle isn’t your fertility plan. 🤍

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that if a supplement is “natural”, it’s automatically the right choice.

The reality is that fertility is highly individual.

Two people with the same diagnosis can have completely different drivers behind their fertility challenges. One may need support for thyroid function, another for iron deficiency, another for ovulation, gut health, inflammation or nutrient deficiencies.

This is why I rarely recommend supplements without first understanding the bigger picture.

A thorough preconception assessment looks at factors such as:
✨ Hormones
✨ Thyroid health
✨ Iron, B12 and vitamin D
✨ Blood sugar and insulin
✨ Gut and Vaginal Health
✨ Lifestyle and stress
✨ Environmental exposures
✨ Medical history

Remember, eggs and s***m begin developing around 3 months before conception, so what you do today can influence the health of a future pregnancy.

If you’re planning to conceive, don’t leave it to guesswork. A personalised approach is one of the best investments you can make in your fertility.

I’m not going to lie, fertility can be complex. It’s often confusing for many, and very overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be, and you don’t have to know it all, or figure it all out alone.

We now have a mountain load of research to undeniably show the benefit of preconception care for both men and women in optimising the chance of natural conception each month as well as supporting IVF outcomes. At the best it achieves a pregnancy, at the least it optimises both partners health.

Are you ready for some clarity and a clear plan?

50% of fertility challenges are on the male side. Are you testing it?

S***m contributes 50% of the DNA to the embryo, yet the male side is often the last thing assessed.

When I work with couples on fertility and preconception care, I look at three key areas:

🔬 Semen analysis — s***m count, motility, morphology and volume. Important, but it doesn’t tell us everything.

🧪 S***m DNA fragmentation looks at the level of DNA damage within the s***m. Often influenced by oxidative stress, lifestyle, inflammation and metabolic health. Linked to recurrent miscarriage and poorer embryo development.

🩸 Blood work covers reproductive hormones, nutrients, thyroid, metabolic and inflammatory markers to understand what’s driving the picture.

S***m health is not a footnote in the fertility conversation.

If only one side of the couple is being assessed, we may be missing half the picture.

If your cycle is irregular, this is for you.

Your period is one of the clearest signals your body gives you about what is happening with your hormones, thyroid, metabolism and nutrient status.

And if it is all over the place, something worth investigating is usually driving it.

I created a free guide that walks you through what irregular cycles actually mean, what may be disrupting your ovulation, what to track and what pathology may be worth investigating.

PCOS can feel confusing and overwhelming. It’s important to understand that it is influenced long before symptoms show up.

Research shows PCOS is not just hormonal… it’s epigenetic.

Environmental factors can “switch on” PCOS-related genes

These include:
• Diet quality
• Stress
• Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs)
• Circadian disruption (sleep + light exposure)

These factors influence:
• Insulin signalling
• Hormone production
• Inflammation
• HPA-axis function

Meaning PCOS is not just something you “have”…
It’s something that develops through interaction with your environment.

There is not a one size fits all for PCOS. This is why a holistic approach matters.

Because when you change the inputs…
you can influence how those genes are expressed.

If this resonates send me a DM, I would love to support you 🙏🌸
