🌸 REFLECTIONS 🌸

It’s a week of reflections as I say goodbye to clients that I have journeyed with for months, or even years ✨

As I sat with one client today we reflected on how far he had come. On where we began, who he was then and who he feels he is becoming. We made room for the sadness and the sweetness thag these reflections held as the question sat between us, “what is the biggest thing you’re walking away with from our time together?”…

He took a moment and said simply, “that I’m alive. That I’m walking away. If I had never come here, I might not still be here.”

My heart softened, our eyes locked, as we shared in the sacredness of the journey we had been on together 🌿

It is such a privilege to be in these spaces, to hold these stories & be honoured by people showing up in their authenticity ✨

If you’re looking for a safe space. If you’re searching for someone to journey with you. Although we are closing for a short season. We are here, our doors are open & we have room for you 🪴

🌿 A NEW SEASON 🌿

There’s a lot of change happening at Finding Clarity… and we’re really excited for this next season. 🤍🌿

As many of you already know, I’ll be taking some time away on maternity leave. There’s been lots of planning and preparation behind the scenes to make sure Finding Clarity continues to be a safe, supportive and connected space while I’m away.

Here’s what you need to know 👇🏼

🌿 TEMPORARY CLOSURE
We’ll be closed from 11 September – 3 November 2026

🤎 OUR TEAM IS GROWING
When we reopen, our wonderful new therapists will be supporting existing clients and welcoming new clients while I’m on maternity leave.

Existing clients, please keep an eye on your inbox this week for an email confirming your therapist and upcoming appointment time.

I know that changing therapists can feel like a big thing. The therapeutic relationship matters, and a lot of care has gone into making this transition as smooth and supportive as possible. 🌸

If you have questions or need support during the transition, I’m still available for transition-related communication and phone calls — please reach out. You don’t have to navigate the change alone. 🤎

🌱 A NEW SPACE
When we reopen, we’ll also be welcoming you into our new therapy space on the property, including new bathroom facilities and our therapy paddock.

We ask that you respect these changes as a private residence continues on the property. 💕

For all communication and enquiries:
Starting from our closure dates, the phones will no longer be monitored, so we encourage you to contact us via our email:

And finally, thank you. 🤍

Thank you for trusting me, trusting Finding Clarity, and allowing this little business to grow into something so much bigger than I imagined.

This is a new season, but the heart of Finding Clarity remains the same. 🌿

Connection. Safety. Growth. A place to find your clarity. 🤎

Our books are still open for new & returning clients 🌼

🐴 THE HERD🐴

It was such a privilege to host Georgia Rose this past weekend. 🤍 I’m so grateful for everything she shared and taught us.

I walked away with such a fresh perspective on my herd—not only as a collective, but as individuals. Watching how they support one another, teach each other, rely on each other, and simply be together was incredibly powerful. 🌿

It was so validating to see my herd so united, calm, and in sync. They showed me what a healthy herd looks like—each horse meeting the needs of the whole while honouring their own individuality. 🐎💛

They reminded me of the beauty of a village. A place that holds us, shapes us, challenges us, grows with us, and creates an environment of trust, safety, and peace. 🤍

As I get closer to motherhood, I can’t help but reflect on my own village.

✨ Who is in it?
✨ What is my role?
✨ Am I allowing others to carry some of my load?
✨ Am I checking in on those who may need me?
✨ Am I taking time to reconnect with myself?

The horses have shown me that a village isn’t just about support. It’s also about honesty, generosity, patience, and even moments of frustration. It’s never simply “me” or “we”—it’s “me within the we.” 🌱

So I’ll leave you with these questions…

🌿 Are you creating your village?
🌿 Are you contributing?
🌿 Are you sharing the load?
🌿 Are you asking for the rest you need?
🌿 Are you actively showing up for your village?

In today’s world, this doesn’t happen by accident. It takes intention, time, vulnerability, and effort. But when you build your village—whatever it looks like for you—the harmony that follows is something truly special. ✨

If you’re longing for connection and community, come and learn with the herd. 🐴 Experience relationships, regulation, and belonging through the wisdom of horses.

✨ There is space for you here. 🤍

✨ NEW CHAPTER ✨

As many of you know… we have a baby on the way! 🥹💕

We are so grateful to our wonderful clients for your support throughout this season as I navigate pregnancy while running a small business.

As October draws closer, some exciting changes are coming as we step into a new chapter—both as a family and at Finding Clarity.

✨ Our practice will be closed throughout October as we welcome our little one into the world.
✨ Two incredible therapists will be joining the Finding Clarity Counselling team to support both new and existing clients during this transition.
✨ Our practice hours will be reduced as I ease into motherhood and balance family life with supporting our clients.

Over the coming weeks, all existing clients will receive an email introducing our new practitioners, outlining available session times, and sharing what these changes will look like. Over the next few months, I’ll be preparing client reports, creating a new schedule for our therapy team, and getting everything ready so I can take a step back while embracing this beautiful new season of motherhood. 💕

I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter—both personally and professionally. I can’t wait to see how this season shapes me, our family, and the future of Finding Clarity.

Thank you for supporting Finding Clarity over the past five years. Thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and walking alongside us through every season of change.

Here’s to this beautiful season of growth and blooming. 🌸

Want to stay up to date with all the changes?

🍃 C O N F I D E N C E 🍃

Confidence shapes so much of our lives — how we approach challenges, connect with others, and see ourselves. ✨

When confidence is present, it’s felt deeply in the body. It brings openness, resilience, and trust in ourselves. And just as confidence can be embodied, so can self-doubt.

Building confidence is about more than simply positive thinking. 🌱
It is about creating safe spaces where the nervous system can try hard things and allow your capacity, bravery & courage to stretch into confidence.

Our sessions offer a safe, supportive space to explore this journey. As people begin to experience confidence in their own unique way — whether in the paddock, in conversation, or within themselves — they begin to notice gentle shifts flowing into everyday life. 💛

As confidence grows, so does resilience, emotional capacity, and our ability to experience life more fully.

If you’re struggling with confidence, you don’t have to navigate it alone 🤍

🤍MEET LOU🤍

I thought it was time to get to know the horses a bit more 🥰

This is Lou ✨

Lou is a 20 year old Warmblood mare who joined Finding Clarity almost a year ago 🍃

When Lou came to us she had her foal still at foot - Ellie - and Lou spent the beginning of her journey with us recovering from her pregnancy and coming back into her strength, health and presence.

A bit about Lou:
💕 Lou used to be a show horse but didn’t enjoy showing
💕 Lou miscarried her first foal
💕 Ellie was a surprise baby for Lou (and us)
💕 Lou loves to be the comforter in therapy sessions
💕 Lou loves working with kids
💕 Lou favourite foods are apples & carrots
💕 Lou’s favourite scratch spot is usually her forehead

How would you describe Lou? 💭

🌿 FROM THE HORSE’S MOUTH 🌿

I was speaking with a client just the other week during our session.

We were reflecting on the past five months of walking this journey together — back to where they first began… unsure, questioning:
“How is horse therapy even going to help me?”

As the sun was setting, he looked out across the paddock.

Lou gently walked up beside him. He placed his hand on her side, paused… and said:

“Not only do I want more from life now… I actually feel confident.”

Equine therapy is more than just talk therapy.
It’s more than simply working with horses.

It’s about being.
Being with them.
Being with yourself again.
Being present as the parts of you that felt lost begin to find their way home 🌳
