❄️ Winter is here, and for the 2.8 million Australians living with asthma, that means a higher risk of flare-ups.

Cold air, respiratory infections and spending more time indoors can all make asthma symptoms worse.

Knowing your triggers is one of the best ways to stay in control - but it's not the only one.

A written Asthma Action Plan can help you recognise when your asthma is getting worse and know exactly what to do if it does.

This winter, don't wait until you're struggling to breathe.

✔️ Know your triggers
✔️ Have a plan
✔️ Stay one step ahead of your asthma

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about updating your Asthma Action Plan today.

The vaccine is recommended from 28 weeks of pregnancy and is free under the National Immunisation Program.
