Balance exercises train full body stability. They build core and leg strength, improve coordination, and decrease fall risk.

Our physio Jordan, is demonstrating 5 progressions, with single leg and decreasing base of support. Each increasing with challenge.

Adding these movements into your weekly routine can help keep you mobile, independent and active.

Give them a try and let us know :)

It can feel frustrating… but your knee is actually doing exactly what it’s supposed to 👀

Knees don’t just “randomly” get injured. They respond to the load you give them.

Push too hard, too fast? It can get irritated.
Only move once in a while? It’s not ready for those spikes.
Not moving much at all? It loses the strength and support it needs. 💡

Different situations… same root issue:
your knee isn’t matching the demand placed on it.

The goal isn’t to avoid movement.
It’s to build capacity so your knee can handle more over time. 💪

That’s where consistent, progressive training makes all the difference.

Follow us for more ways to move better and stay active.
