Freeway closure this weekend and no parking on Doncaster Rd. You may need to leave extra time to make it to your appointment tomorrow!

🚧 Major Eastern Freeway closure in both directions this weekend 🚧

The Eastern Freeway will be closed in both directions between Bulleen Road and Springvale Road from 10pm Friday 14 August to 5am Monday 17 August. Expect significant delays of up to 90 minutes. Avoid the area and allow extra time.

⚠️ Citybound traffic can use Springvale Road, Mitcham Road, Doncaster Road and Bulleen Road to detour around the closure.
⚠️Ringwood bound traffic can use Bulleen Road, Manningham Road, Doncaster Road, Mitcham Road and Springvale Road to detour around the closure.
⚠️For longer trips to the city or airport, consider using alternative arterials including the Monash Freeway or the M80 Ring Road.

The following ramps will also be closed:
❌ Chandler Highway Ringwood-bound entry ramp to the Eastern Freeway
Road signage will be in place to guide you through the area during the Eastern Freeway Upgrade works.

Reminder to our Saturday patients that the Eastern is closed this weekend, as are many entry and exit ramps. Leave extra time to get to your appointment. Parking on Doncaster Rd is not permitted this weekend, but the carpark behind the clinic and side streets will be available 😊

Reminder 🔔 The Eastern Freeway is closed this weekend.

From 10pm Friday 19 June to 5am, Monday 22 June the Eastern Freeway will be closed between Chandler Highway and Tram Road, along with some freeway ramps.

During these works, crews will continue asphalting new freeway lanes, complete works on the Bulleen Road and Belford Road bridges, as well as the Burke Road Ringwood-bound exit ramp.
