This is my kind of meal prep.
Not 14 matching containers lined up on the kitchen bench. ๐
Cook once. Think less.
Take one roast chicken.
Night one:
๐ Roast chicken + a huge tray of vegetables.
Next day:
๐ฅ Leftover chicken becomes a colourful salad, bowl or wrap.
Then:
๐ฅ The remaining chicken becomes soup, curry or another easy family meal.
One main ingredient.
Three different meals.
Very little starting from scratch.
This is the kind of thing I want women learning inside the Reset because one of the biggest barriers to eating well isn't knowing what's healthy.
It's having to make another decision.
What are we having?
Do I have the ingredients?
Do I have time?
Am I cooking something different for everyone?
By the end of a busy day, those decisions add up.
So instead of relying on motivation at 6pmโฆ
we make life easier for Future You.
That's sustainable health to me.
Not doing everything perfectly.
Creating simple systems that make looking after yourself easier to repeat.
