I assist my clients to achieve and maintain their optimum health with a range of massage treatments from relaxation, oncology massage, manual lymphatic drainage, pre and post natal massage through to remedial, deep tissue and treatments for sporting and work related injuries. Clients with private health insurance that covers remedial massage, are able to claim a rebate for my treatments through th

Northern District Community Health is expanding women’s health services across the region.

New Sexual and Reproductive Health clinics will run fortnightly in Cohuna, weekly in Kerang and monthly in Quambatook, Pyramid Hill and Boort.

A Menopause 101 workshop was also held in Cohuna on Monday as part of Women’s Health Week.

Tomorrow's morning class at 8.30am at Murray Connect Barham, will be my last class for a couple of weeks.
