Baulkamaugh scouts kids practiced strapping an ankle, applying a sling, taking a pulse and more for their Wellness & First Aid night. The 'keep a straight face' challenge during removal might have been the best part.
Glad to be able to pass on some important life skills for this adventurous group

That completes a huge 5 days at the Volleyball Australia beach tour Cobram. What an amazing event for our local community, supported by Cobram Barooga Business and Tourism, Moira Shire Council .

Last night I was honoured to present to Barooga Football Netball Club netball coaches applying practical steps towards injury prevention. As my title suggests, they are the most influential knee injury preventers in AUS.
An amazing group of engaged coaches who know their athletes so well that they would simultaneously identify individuals when certain movement traits were discussed! Thanks for the invite and I look forward to more advanced scenarios in part 2...
