Meet one of our celebrants - Kahlia Wilkin 🌟

Kahlia is a warm, calm and compassionate Civil Celebrant with a passion for supporting families through one of life’s most difficult journeys. She believes every person’s story deserves to be honoured with sincerity, care and heart.

After becoming an authorised Civil Celebrant in 2019, Kahlia discovered her love for storytelling. When she was asked to officiate a celebration of life for a family friend, she found a deeper sense of purpose, supporting families as they navigate grief while honouring the life, memories and lasting impact of their loved one.

Kahlia creates heartfelt and meaningful ceremonies where love and gratitude can exist alongside grief. Her gentle, personal approach brings warmth and calm while ensuring families feel supported, heard and cared for every step of the way.

Outside of celebrancy, Kahlia is a wife and mum to two beautiful daughters. She loves spending time with her family, whether it’s chasing sunrises on mountain tops, exploring somewhere new, or winding down together by the water at sunset.

A calm and welcoming space to come together ❤️

Our chapel at Bateau Bay seats up to 75 guests, offering a light-filled setting where family and friends can gather to honour and reflect.

Following the service, families are able to move into our adjoining function space to spend time together, share memories and connect.

Keeping everything in one place can help create a more settled and supportive environment throughout the day, allowing space for reflection, connection, and time together after the service.

Our White Lady Funerals Charmhaven office is run by these two lovely ladies, who bring a combined 17 years of experience in funeral arranging.

Kay C and Kay O job share the week, with Wednesdays being extra special when both Kays are in the office together.

Outside of work Kay C can be found enjoying time with her grandchildren, playing pickleball and exploring the Central Coast. Kay O loves catching up with extended family, gardening and beach walks.

A caring and experienced team, Kay C and Kay O feel incredibly honoured to support local families in Charmhaven when it’s needed most.

Families are welcomed into a calm and light-filled space, with a private arrangement room where they can sit with one of our arrangers to gently plan and reflect.

With everything thoughtfully arranged, it provides a quiet place for family and friends to gather, honour a loved one’s life, and spend time together.
