Tada Yoga at The Church Block

Tada means mountain in Sanskrit, the ancient and beautifully encoded language of yoga. My teachers say “to find Tadasana in every pose” - like you’re tapping into something within that’s unchanged and remains, no matter the outward expression… much like those mighty mountains.

here we practice to cultivate a vibrant body, sharp mind & soft heart.

farewell thee, Heritage Hall, it’s been a time.

we shared our last practice in the OG Tada Yoga space this morning, but all I can do is look forward with a smile that spreads from ear to ear 💗

from the early days in the summer of 2024, sussing out if I can even do this — to dreaming and believing in a community that has grown and strengthened from that point on. thanks to the epic humans who have laughed, shed a couple of tears and shared this chapter with me.

I can’t wait to turn the page and move into our new yoga home. Who knew it would all turn out this GOOD!? ❤️
