Did you know the Australian Government’s Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) may be able to help eligible Australians with the cost of continence products?
At Capital Chemist Bathurst, we can help make accessing your continence products simple, discreet and convenient.
The CAPS payment can be used towards products including Continence pants, pads and pull-ups. For eligible people, the 2026–27 CAPS payment is $739.40 per year.
If you or someone you care for experiences permanent and severe incontinence, you may be eligible for financial assistance.
Our friendly team can help you find the right continence products for your needs and make ordering and accessing your products as easy as possible.
We understand that talking about continence can sometimes feel uncomfortable — there's no need to feel embarrassed. We are here to provide private, respectful and practical support.
You can also contact the National Continence Helpline on 1800 330 066 for advice from a continence nurse specialist.
(Eligibility criteria apply. CAPS is an Australian Government payment administered by Services Australia.)

This September, we’re encouraging the women in our community to prioritise their breast health. If you’re 40 or over, now is a great time to book your regular breast screen. A breast screen takes around 20 minutes and can help detect breast cancer early — before symptoms appear.

Last night we celebrated our 2026 Pharmacy of the Year win with our amazing team, and with a theme of Winners, the outfits were NEXT LEVEL!

What better way to celebrate being named the best pharmacy in Australia than by celebrating the people who made it happen?

We wanted to spoil our beautiful team and celebrate this incredible achievement in style. After all, we won this award because we have the BEST team ever!
