Here's a challenge for this week's walk: the moment you arrive, flip your phone to Do Not Disturb. Not silent, not "I'll just check this one thing." Full DND. For the entire walk.

It sounds simple. But for a lot of us, that little screen has become a reflex. Stress at work, pressure at home, the financial grind of just keeping life moving. We reach for the phone before we even know why. This week, we swap the scroll for the path ahead, and see what comes up when the noise drops away.
