Have you, or someone you care for, experienced a diabetes-related foot ulcer?

QUT are conducting a national survey to understand which features should be included in a future mHealth program to prevent diabetic foot ulcer recurrence — and they need your voice to guide it.

If you’re:
• Living with type 2 diabetes and have had a foot ulcer in the past
• A carer for someone who has or
• A registered health professional working in diabetic foot care
And are over the age of 18 and residing in Australia. You’re invited to take part in our national online survey.

What is involved?
3 x online surveys between July - October, 2026.
