Experience neck pain? You meed more than general neck stretches.

1) Chin Tuck on Elbows
✔️ Should feel deep muscles in the front of the neck working (not throat gripping).

2) Thoracic Extension on Roller
❌ Avoid flaring ribs or overarching lower back

3) Thread the Needles
✔️ Should feel rotation in upper/mid back, and gentle stretch between shoulder blades.

4) Deep Neck Flexors Isometric Hold
✔️ Aim for endurance. Not intensity

5) Prone Back Extension + W raise
✔️ Should feel mid-back activation
❌ Lower back compression or shrugged shoulders

6 Diaphragmatic Breathing
✔️ Keep neck and shoulder relaxed
