Lung Conditions.
If you can share this I would be grateful.
I have recently been doing a pulmonary rehab program through Easten Health at William Angliss.
For anyone suffering a lung condition I would highly recommend this. I have spoken to participants who have already completed this once with great results. I personally too found the program amazing.
It is exercise based but the focus is totally different compared to a general gym program.
If you are interested ask your doctor for a referral. The cost is minimal at $10.00 per session and it is 16 visit program run over 8 weeks.
For me it has helped me return to work.
I am so grateful to my own doctor for recommending it. Obviously results vary but the education part is also interesting.
There are programs in all different locations.

To offset the impact of increased costs, my fee structure will be adjusted from 1st January 2025. Moreover, new hours of operation and select products, including hot towels and essential oils, will be reintroduced.

Just a quick update it has been a long recovery from my lung condition and now I have Covid.
I hope to be back to my old self in the next couple of weeks.
