Last week we had a busy planning day scheduled so we started the morning with an office yoga session to help clear our minds and get everyone geared up for a big day. A big thank you to Rhian from for leading this very enthusiastic team of yoga beginners!

All donations for the classes will be donated to the appeal, so share with anyone you think might want to give and do some yoga at the same time. Full your own cup by helping to fill someone else’s.

We will always remember those Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who served Australia and particularly those who sadly lost their lives in conflict.

I love practicing in this space. The way the sun slowly creeps across the grass as we practice on a Saturday morning. The small still space within the surrounding stimulating wider world, providing an opportunity to practice accepting business around us, but stillness within us.
