Our mission is to integrate clinical expertise with practical, real-world strategies that support young people in both academic and home environments. NeuroEd provides a flexible range of support tailored to current school and family needs, including:

Private Referrals - We are currently accepting private referrals for diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic support for children and adolescents, as well as targeted intervention for literacy, numeracy, and senior school success.

School Support - We assist schools in clearing backlogs for screenings and full psycho-educational assessments, adapting to your school's requirements, whether it's one day a week or short-term project work. We encourage a collaborative approach, involving families and schools in feedback to ensure a unified roadmap for students.

Accessible On-Site Service - To support busy families, we offer school visits without charging for travel when a workspace is provided on-site.

Loving Erin McGavin’s work at Refinished Business ❤️

It’s about time I reintroduced myself here. I don’t post a lot, so it’s timely for me to make sure my story is out there.

Almost a decade ago while trying to be a good mum, wife, business owner, I was also trying to work my way up the amateur SJ classes. Three days before the Australian SJ championships I crashed. I was incredibly disappointed, but what I learned from that experience helped me keep moving forward.

It’s also made me passionate about preventing others falling off a literal or metaphorical horse! This is my driven purpose.

Because we can still fall off even when there’s no horse involved (Hear me out).

Taking on more doesn’t get you more.

On that particular day, The reason I fell had nothing to do with my horse. It had everything to do with the events leading up to the day, and the event. Subconsciously I was still hanging onto them.

The incomplete stress cycle build up had caused me a complete mental shut down. I was jumping over 1.20m courses with zero conscious decision-making happening. I’d fallen off my horse before I’d even got on.

So I don’t sit here as some elite professional rider. I sit here as someone who is trying to balance 2 kids, work, business, a property and 3 horses. Who is doing their best to balance it all.

I’m sitting here as someone who has done the work and created a systemised process to overcome performance paralysis and overwhelm and elevate performance.

Winning to me isn’t a blue ribbon anymore. Or jumping the biggest jumps.

It’s a state of mind that represents all the parts of my life being balanced and regulated.

My programs are transferable from sport, to life, to work, to family. Because they all blend.

None of these elements in life sit independently. So neither do the tools we require to balance them.
