This one is for the women who’ve been through breast cancer surgery.
The ones who are healing
not just from the diagnosis,
but from everything that came with it.
The procedures.
The decisions.
The way your body looks and feels now compared to before.
A breast surgery scar
whether from a lumpectomy,
mastectomy, or reconstruction
can do more than sit quietly on the surface. The tissue underneath can become tight
and restricted over time.
This can pull on your
shoulder and arm movement,
create tightness across your chest,
cause numbness or changed sensation,
and even affect your posture without you realising it.
Scar massage works gently with the tissue underneath
helping it slowly soften,
release, and regain
more natural movement.
It improves circulation to the area.
It can reduce that pulling and tightness that so many women learn to just live with.
But beyond the physical
so many of my clients tell me they haven’t touched their scar since surgery.
That they feel disconnected from that part of their body.
That it doesn’t feel like theirs anymore.
That makes complete sense.
And it doesn’t have to stay that way.
This is some of the most meaningful work I do.
There is no rush.
No pressure.
Just careful, informed, gentle care for a body that has already been through so much.
If you have questions, or you’re not sure if you’re ready
My DM is always open😊

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mums

Today I was thinking about one of my lovely clients.

Most of my clients have been with me for a long time. Sometimes during a massage, people slowly open their hearts too.
This client has been going through a lot emotionally lately.

At the end of the session, she looked at me softly and asked,
“Can I give you a hug?”

I smiled and said,
“Of course you can.”

When I was younger, I never realised how powerful a hug could be.
Growing up in a traditional Asian family, hugs were never really part of life.
We didn’t really show love that way.

But now I understand…

A hug can say so many things without words.
“I see you.”
“I care about you.”
“You don’t have to carry everything alone.”

If you ever need a hug,
please let me know ❤️

My mum is a superhero in her own way.
Growing up in a traditional Asian family, showing emotions was never easy.
She didn’t always know how to express love with words or hugs, and I was quite a difficult child when I was younger too.

But deep down, I always knew she loved me.

Now that I’m older, I understand how much she sacrificed and how hard she tried to give me the best life she could.

Thank you, Mum ❤️

Most of us are breathing wrong.
Not dramatically wrong.
Just shallow.
Chest-only.
The kind of breathing that keeps you going but never quite fills you up.
Our lymphatic system relies on movement and the rhythm of your breath to keep fluid moving through your body.
When you breathe shallow all day,
your lymph slows down.
And when lymph slows down,
you feel it.
Heaviness. Puffiness. Fatigue that won’t shift.
Deep belly breathing also calms your nervous system
shifting you out of that constant “on” state and into real rest.
When your nervous system settles,
your whole body works better.
Including your lymph.
It’s one of the simplest things you can do. And it’s free.
Try this today
during your lunch break
or whenever you have a quiet moment,
place one hand on your belly and take slow, deep breaths.
Feel your belly rise.
Exhale fully.
Even five minutes makes a difference.

You don’t feel tired because you worked too hard.
You feel tired because your body has been frozen for hours.
Neck locked.
Shoulders carrying invisible weight. Legs that forgot how to move.
I see this every single day
The client who walks in looking like she’s holding the whole day together with sheer willpower.
And the one thing that changes everything?
Five minutes. That’s it.
No equipment.
No gym clothes.
No perfect moment.
Just breathing deep enough to remind your body it’s safe.
Just moving slow enough to let things flow again.
A client do this before her lunch break last week.
She came back and said: “I didn’t realise how much I was holding.”
That’s what your body is waiting for.
Not more pushing.
Just permission to reset.
Try it tomorrow before lunch
and notice the moment your shoulders finally drop.
💾 Save this and do it together

I used to have a client who came to me after months of feeling off.
Not sick. Not injured. Just… heavy. Puffy. Tired in a way she couldn’t explain to her GP.
She’d tried drinking more water. Eating cleaner. Sleeping earlier. Nothing shifted.
After her first lymphatic drainage session, she texted me that night: “I don’t know what you did but I feel like myself again.”

What changed? Her body finally had help moving what it had been holding onto.
The lymphatic system doesn’t get much attention. But when it’s sluggish, you feel it in ways that are hard to name. That unexplained heaviness. The face that looks tired even after a full night’s sleep. The digestion that never quite settles.
It’s not something you push through. It’s something your body needs support with.
If any of this sounds familiar. I’d love to help.

When was the last time you felt truly comfortable in your own body?

I don’t take these words lightly.

Every review is a person who came in carrying something: pain, tension, exhaustion, uncertainty and trusted me with it.

A client whose back pain from years of driving finally let go.

Someone who’d never tried lymphatic drainage and left wanting to be a regular.

This is not just massage.

This is someone finally feeling at home in their body again.

If any of this sounds like you. I’d love to be part of your journey.

Have you ever felt tired of your own efforts?
Not lazy tired. Soul tired.
Tired of doing everything “right”… and still feeling like it’s not enough.
That feeling was my turning point.
Not a dramatic moment. Just a quiet realisation that I’d been living for everyone else’s version of me.
So I started over. Slowly. Honestly.
Choosing what feels true instead of what looks good.
Letting go instead of holding on.
Trusting myself instead of seeking approval.
It’s not perfect. But it’s mine.
If this sounds familiar
you’re not alone 🤍
