Creamy, nutty, and easy to make at home — H**p Milk! 🌿
H**p milk is naturally dairy-free and made from h**p seeds, a complete plant protein with a well-balanced profile of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
It works beautifully in coffee, smoothies, and baking, and is a great protein milk — especially popular with those following KETO diets too!
This is a basic recipe, but feel free to get creative with flavours.
Ingredients
¾ cup raw h**p hearts
4 cups water
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt
1 date (optional, for sweetness)
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Strain through a fine mesh cloth or nut milk bag, if desired.
Refrigerate and use within 5 days. Shake before each use.
