Some days healing looks like a full ceremony, crystals, sound, breathwork, hands-on energy work. And some days it just looks like a walk.

That’s the thing about holistic care, it’s not one thing. It’s reiki when your energy feels stuck. It’s a facial treatment when you need to feel nurtured. It’s breathwork when your mind won’t stop racing. It’s a walk in the trees when you just need to remember how to be still.

There’s no wrong entry point. You don’t have to know exactly what you need, you just have to start somewhere.

Today, maybe that’s as simple as one walk, one breath of eucalyptus, one hour without a screen. Tomorrow it might be something deeper. Either way, it counts.
