How would life be different if you turned 50 and fell in love with this new version of yourself emerging all over again?
She has changed so much in her first 50 years that she is now living the life beyond her dreams.
What if she turns 51, she falls in love with this incredible new woman emerging?
She’s been building,
she’s been becoming,
she’s been testing the waters of life.
What if she’s now ready to embrace menopause with a fresh fierceness based on choice, freedom, sacred sovereignty?
The first 50 taught her who she was becoming.
The next, oh, the beauty and the unfolding of what’s to come.
Now she knows herself,
holds herself,
trusts herself,
leads herself.
Trust life, trust her children and who they are beautifully becoming.
Trust they have themselves and each other to lean on, laugh with, and discover.
The sacred joy in devoting 20 years of motherhood knowing they are about to be free.
She is free.
She now gets to relish in the next part of all our journeys, knowing she has devotedly been there for them, for herself.
This was my choice, and I honestly am so incredibly grateful to my husband Andrew McPhail who beautifully gifted me this time to heal, be the most incredible mum, and discover myself.
Quietly being my anchor through it all, in beauty, gratitude, and beyond.
Menopause doesn’t have to be feared, rather embraced for the freedom, the beauty, and the joy it also represents.
