Our recent “Run the Night” event, co-hosted with Hannah’s Run Club Beecroft, was officially recognised in Parliament by our local MP Monica Tudehope 🏃‍♀️👏

What started as a simple idea — women moving together under the stars, celebrating health and community — turned into something truly special.
A big thank you to everyone who came along, glowed up, and ran with us! 💫

🌸 Women’s Health Week 2025 🌸

What a morning! Around 20 mums (and their little ones) joined us for yoga with Melisha, followed by Q&As and talks from Dr Hamshi Singh, Dr Ruhie Vaidya, Victoria Lee (dietitian), and Mai-Anh Burke (physio). From lifestyle medicine to postpartum care, feeding little ones to baby movement milestones — we covered it all!

Big thanks to everyone who came along, shared stories, and left with a smile (and a goodie bag ✨). Community, connection, and women’s health at its best. 💜
