Some of our patients would know that we recently had a new service attached to our billing system... this unexpectedly brought a change to our practice, and a welcome one at that! Now that we've had some time to learn about this brilliant system we can announce that it will be back 😊

Very soon, all patients who are bulk billed for their consultation will receive a confirmation text message. This means you will be able to review the billing and accept the assignment of payment to your doctor, without the hassle of signing a paper form.

There are more improvements on the horizon, stay tuned for more information here!
