How are you finding our new booking system so far?
We hope you’re enjoying it and finding it much easier and more convenient to use!

We have some exciting news to share with you… ✨

Our little Slow Rhythm family has been growing, and we’re so grateful for all your support. We wanted to create something special to give back to our amazing clients.

We’ve just launched our new referral program as a way to say thank you for supporting Slow Rhythm and helping our community grow.

How Our Referral Program Works 💛

• Every client receives a unique referral link to share with friends and family.
• When your friend books their first appointment using your referral link, they’ll receive a welcome reward to use on their first visit.
• Once your friend completes their first appointment, you’ll receive your referral reward as a thank you for sharing Slow Rhythm with them.
• Rewards are applied as a fixed-dollar discount and will be automatically available at checkout.
• Each new client can only be referred once, and referral rewards apply to genuine first-time visits only. (But you can refer unlimited friends!)

Olivia is a qualified massage therapist with over 7 years of professional massage experience. She brings a warm and caring approach to her treatments and is passionate about helping people release tension, improve mobility, and support their overall wellbeing.

We’re moving to a new online booking system from 1 July 💛

💛 Good news – your bookings are safe
If you have an upcoming appointment, or have made any booking with us before 31 August, your details have already been securely transferred to the new system.
Nothing will be lost and your appointments remain as scheduled.

📱 How to log in (new system)
Clients will log in using their mobile phone number (instead of a username/password).
You will:
• Enter your mobile number
• Receive a 6-digit SMS code
• Once verified, the system will automatically match you with your existing client record we have imported

💳 New loyalty system (better rewards!)
We are now moving to a digital points system:
✨ $1 = 1 point
More transparent and more rewarding than before.

If you currently have a physical loyalty card, don’t worry — it will be transferred into the new system.
Just bring it to your next appointment and we will help move your points across.

📱 You can also scan the QR code and save the booking page to your home screen for easy access.

Hey dear friends and clients,
We have a few important updates to share with you all.
First, Sophie has decided to focus on her own massage studio. While her time with us was short, we truly appreciated having her on the team. Thank you for your care and energy, Sophie — we wish you the very best! ❤️
Next, please join us in welcoming Wen to the team! 🎉
Wen is a highly experienced massage therapist with over seven years of background in rehabilitation bodywork and Japanese-style Shiatsu in Taiwan. He also brings a year of experience from Melbourne, where he worked as a store manager, and is currently completing his Diploma of Remedial Massage here in Hobart.
With his deep understanding of muscles, the lymphatic system, and the nervous system, Wen specializes in treatments tailored to each client‘s specific recovery. He is also trained in Japanese facial massage (Kogao Kyousei) to help reduce facial tension, ease swelling, and promote a lifted, refreshed look.
We’re thrilled to have Wen bring his fresh energy to the clinic!
Note: As Wen is still finalizing his Australian qualification, private health fund rebates are not yet available, so his sessions will have adjusted pricing for now.
Keep an eye out as we introduce Wen’s signature treatments soon!

✨ Please join us in welcoming Sophie to Slow Rhythm Remedial Massage ✨

Sophie, Rachel and I previously worked together at our former workplace, so it feels especially meaningful to now have her join the Slow Rhythm space 💛

After discovering her love for bodywork during an immersive massage training in Thailand, Sophie completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in Hobart in 2015. She brings over 10 years of clinical experience, along with specialised training in Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Oncology Massage and Therapeutic Hot Stone.

Warm, vibrant and attentive, Sophie tailors each session to help release muscular tension, improve mobility and support deep relaxation. She truly believes massage plays an important role in overall health and wellbeing.

We’re so happy to have her with us and can’t wait for you to experience her care. Bookings are now open 💆‍♀️🌿

Slow Rhythm just turned one year old! Yah! Thank you so much for all your support, which has made it possible for our little studio to run smoothly and for us to keep doing what we love.

We also have two updates to share:
1️⃣ Starting from 10/03/2026 the 1 hour massage service will increase by $5, while all other services will remain the same. We’ve been doing our best to maintain the price and quality of our services, and we really appreciate your understanding and support!
2️⃣ We’re bringing back SMS notifications! So now you’ll get reminders via both email and SMS, making it easier to keep track of your appointments and updates.

Hey Everyone,
Candice had her last day with us on Thursday as she moves on to the next stage of her life plans.
We’ve had such a lovely time working with her — time really flew by. She’s very easy to work with, and we’ll truly miss having her around.

We’re really thankful for everything she’s done for us, and we wish her all the best for what’s ahead. 🤍❤️💙💜

We’re also happy to have Sophie joining our team. Sophie will be taking over Candice’s current working spots.
Rachel and I used to work with Sophie before, so it feels really nice to have a familiar face joining us again.

Once Sophie settles in a bit more, we’ll share a proper introduction with you all.
We’re really looking forward to having her around at Slow Rhythm.
