Y O G A @ the Yacht Club is for EVERYBODY! If I had a dollar for every time someone said I can’t do or I have never tried YOGA because I’m not that FLEXIBLE …. 🙂

YOGA is so much more than flexibility, part of the reason we come is to find more ease in everyday life… as well as strength, balance and presence.

Niki & I run classes weekdays 9am, feel free to just turn up! Which is another question we often get do I need to book… NO 😉
