We would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to our local community, Yasmin Catley, Amelia representing Pat Conroy's office, Jen and Lisa from Lipoedema Australia, Lymphapress, MediRent, Sigvaris and Thuasne, our LMC girls, and the many amazing guests who attended our Open Day last Friday.
It was wonderful to be surrounded by such a supportive community and to see people come together to learn more about not only Lipoedema but Lymhoedema too, with many helping raise awareness of these often misunderstood conditions.
The afternoon and evening were a tremendous success, with our pump room running at full capacity across multiple rooms as visitors experienced compression therapy firsthand. It was fantastic to see so many people eager to learn, including Swansea MP Yasmin Catley, who even took the opportunity to try the pump room herself.
Thank you to everyone asked questions, shared their experiences, and helped make the event such a memorable and meaningful occasion. Together, we are continuing to build awareness, support, and understanding for those living with Lipoedema and Lymphoedema.
